Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview

Cove CRM offers an affiliate program that pays $25 per referred user who signs up for a paid subscription. Payouts are processed weekly through Stripe Connect, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

2. Commission rules

• Referrals must sign up using your unique affiliate link.
• Only paying users count toward commissions.
• Cancelled or refunded users do not count toward payouts.

Contact support about missing attribution or disputed commissions with the relevant referral and payment information. Do not provide another person's payment credentials.

3. Honest promotion and disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material affiliate relationship in promotions as required by applicable law, including FTC requirements. Do not rely on a hidden disclosure or assume a referral link alone is sufficient.

Do not use deceptive advertising, fake testimonials, fabricated results, misleading comparisons or unsubstantiated claims. Do not promise guaranteed compliance, earnings, leads, appointments or sales, or imply that Cove endorses your insurance services. Accurately describe current features and pricing.

4. Lawful conduct and brand use

Comply with the Terms and Acceptable Use & Communications Policy, including applicable advertising, communications and privacy rules. Do not spam, use improperly acquired lists, impersonate Cove, or use unauthorized branding or content.

You are an independent participant, not Cove's employee, partner or authorized representative, and may not bind Cove to a contract. You are responsible for your business costs, required tax reporting and lawful handling of information you collect.

5. Fraud and abuse

Cove may investigate and withhold or revoke commissions associated with fraudulent or unethical activity, including self-referrals, coupon abuse or spam, subject to applicable law. Cooperate reasonably with requests for relevant attribution or promotional records. These provisions do not authorize withholding unrelated, properly earned amounts contrary to an applicable agreement.

6. Termination and changes

Cove may suspend or terminate affiliate access for violations. On termination, stop representing yourself as an authorized affiliate and stop unauthorized use of Cove materials. Commission eligibility remains subject to the applicable commission rules and mandatory rights.

Changes to compensation or payout terms must be communicated separately and apply subject to applicable agreements and law; a revision to unrelated promotional language does not silently replace the compensation provision above.
